my man shrine

now, for those of you who do not know: i have a man shrine in my room here in Salamanca.

now, you might be thinking to yourself "whatever you call yourself...i wasn´t expecting that from laura"...well you are wrong!! i couldn´t be happier about having this man shrine. aMANda nicole nutter is pretty important to me, actually very important to me. AND she decided upon reading about and viewing my bare walls a few posts back that she would send a little lovin´my walls way. about a week or so ago i received in the mail a packet of pictures and a letter...all that i needed to make my very own man shrine.

now, i know you are jealous for a few reasons....you would like to have a man shrine of your own, you would like to have a sister as cool as man, you would like to make an appearance on my walls (PLEASE NOTE: other people are permitted to make an appearance on my wall hint hint), and/or you would like to receive mail

now, you know you could always come and share this shrine of mine...there´s plenty of room in my piso for when you come to visit me, sorry you´ll never have a sister quite as cool as man but maybe she´ll send your walls some love someday if you ask nicelyyou can send me a picture and i will add it to the shrine, and if you give me your address i can fulfill your desire for receiving mail.

now, to those of you who have sent me letters this past month...thank you so much! i think they have all come at the perfect times just when i needed them!!! and they have a place near the shrine as well! to those of you who have sent me emails or commented on here thank you so much, they too have been a wonderful source of encouragement! from Salamanca, Spain to whever you may be i love you, and feel free to be a little envious of my man shrine!
